Questions

The delivery date you select at checkout is the delivery date of the first package in the subscription. Each package thereafter will ship the second Tuesday or Wednesday of each month. You will receive FedEx shipping notifications for each delivery included in your subscription.

All subscriptions are available in 3, 6, 9, or 12 month increments and will ship in consecutive months.

You will be charged the full price of the subscription up front. If you’d like to pay in installments, select the PayPal “Pay Later” option at checkout.

All products included in our subscriptions have been selected by our team to create the ultimate Chicago food experience. Because of this careful curation, we can’t accept changes or substitutions.

All subscriptions must be shipped to a single address.

If you or the gift recipient are going out of town or can’t accept a delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a date change.

You will be charged the full price of the subscription up front. Once your subscription begins, we cannot accept cancellations.
