Are there Shipping Charges?
Standard Shipping is included in all package prices.
Ship packages Monday - Wednesday to ensure Standard shipping. All perishable shipments that leave on Thursday require an additional $15, and are guaranteed to arrive on Friday (excludes Pans/spatulas, Garrett Popcorn Gallons, and Apparel). Additional Shipping charges of $30 apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. There is the option of a $35 shipping charge to have the package delivered on Saturday. These are due to the additional charge directly from UPS. Does someone have to be home to receive the package?
UPS will deliver the package without a signature. If you are sending the package as a gift, we highly recommend letting the recipeint know to expect a package between 9am and 7pm. (It would be a crying shame if the food went bad.)
How is the package Shipped?
The package is packed frozen on Dry-ice. The package should be cool-to-the-touch or frozen when you receive it (40 degrees Farenheit or below). If there is dry-ice remaining in the package, Do Not touch the ice with your bare hands.
How should I store the products?
Any food that you do not plan on eating the day you receive the package, store in a freezer. This will keep the products fresh for the longest period of time.
Items that are non-perishable can be kept at room temperature. Didn't find what you were looking for? No problem! Send us an EMAIL and one of our friendly customer service representatives will be more than happy to help you! Or call: (800) LOU-TO-GO (568-8646) Mon-Thur 8am-6pm Fri 8-5pm Sat 10-4pm CST. |
