When do I need to place my order?
Cutoff times are subject to change. Typically during non-peak season (January-November) orders must be received before 12PM CST. During peak season (December), orders must be received 24 hours prior to the next available ship date. Please place orders early to ensure your desired delivery date.
Major holidays and/or weather conditions may change delivery availability.
Are additional shipping charges?
All prices include standard shipping using the most efficient delivery services for delivery within 48 hours of your chosen ship date.
Packages shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico require an additional $30.
Packages leaving Friday for delivery on Saturday require an additional charge of $35. All other packages have shipping included in the package price.
Can I ship to more then one recipient at a time?
Yes, you may add all your items to your shopping cart at once. Then during the checkout process you may allocate items to your recipients. Currently we can only ship to 10 addresses on the website but you may download and fill out our corporate spreadsheet here, designed for over 100 recipients.
Is there anyway to speed up the checkout process?
Yes, by accessing your Account Information you may add recipients to your Shipping Addresses. Then during the checkout process you select from your saved addresses and it will pull up that recipients shipping information so you don’t need to type it each time.
What information do you need to send out a package?
We need a complete street address (with correct zip code, apartment or suite numbers, spellings of streets) city and a daytime phone number for the recipient. A business name is needed for all business deliveries.
Shipping Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's or HC addresses. UPS requires a physical street address. Damages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Please be sure to double check addresses.
Can you ship outside of the USA?
No, currently we can only ship within the USA.
Can I ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship to these locations for an additional $30.00 per package. Packages can take up to 48 hours to arrive.

Noon, overnight and Saturday deliveries not available in all areas.
Taxes apply to all IL deliveries.
