I haven't had Carsons Ribs or Lou Malnatis Pizza since the '90s when I lived in the suburbs. And I tell you it was truly a treat. I have a lot of great memories from when I worked at AT&T and we would make our sales. Our manager would treat us to Lou Malnati's Pizza for lunch. I'm glad I looked up your shop on the www. My only complaint is that it is kind of pricey. I am on a medical leave from work and at this time do not get much of an income but it was my birthday and wanted to treat myself. Thank you for the memories. Don't change a thing.
