Pizza was ok and much smaller than I remember, especially for the price. Having eaten at Lou Malnati's it doesn't compare. It's a decent option for deep dish if you are craving and not visiting Chicago in the near future!
What pizza should taste like!
I ordered two pizzas and had them shipped to Fort Worth Texas for my girlfriends birthday. She is originally from Chicago and raves about Lou's. With a birthday coming up and after seeing Lou's on the travel channel I thought this would be a great surprise. In my line of work I meet many people and when I meet people that travel I ask them about the best places to eat particular types of food and the way I understand it is New York:Hot Dogs, Chicago: Pizza, Texas: Tex-Mex although the last one I knew. The idea was a hit and it was a reward for both of us. I will be having Lou's shipped many times in the near future. Thank you Lou's for helping me make a special birthday for my Chicago girl.

Two Lou Malnati's pizzas delivered to Minnesota
I ordered two pizzas for my finances birthday, which came in great condition- packed in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice to keep completely frozen). The directions to bake were simple and straightforward and resulted in a perfectly cooked pizza. The pie was cooked the whole way through and the crust was nice and crispy.

The best pizza I've had in years! Purchased the heart-shaped pizza package for my boyfriend who had been telling me about Lou's pizza since we met. The pizza did not disappoint and was every bit as good as he always says "it's basically one of the best things on the planet to eat". Excellent crust, sauce and ingredients come with easy instructions in some great packaging. The only problem was now we need more! Many thanks for my outstanding Valentines Day gift!

Sis's birthday order
Hi. I ordered these pizzas for my sis while I visited Chicago. I had them overnighted Friday Aug 8 and they were delivered Sat Aug 9. I was happy with the delivery time but UNHAPPY my birthday message I typed out wasn't included. Was wishing I could be partially reimbursed as I almost spent $100 for this purchase and she did not receive the message with her gift.

Lou's always great - but these are SMALL
Pizzas were great - but at $25 each - they were personal sized - wife and I split one and made wings - I could have ate the whole thing myself.
