This oh so delicious mega size cookie tastes of rich brown sugar and is packed with chunks of vegan chocolate. Certified Gluten Free.

Ingredients: Sweet Ali’s Flour Mix (brown rice flour, potato starch, white rice flour, tapioca starch, sweet rice flour, xanthan gum), Enjoy Life Chocolate Chunks (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter), brown sugar, Spectrum palm oil, applesauce (apples, water, ascorbic acid (vitamin C)), sugar, filtered water, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt. Contains: corn

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Remove lid from frozen Wellington and place on the middle oven rack, and bake for 50-75 minutes.
  • Your Wellington is ready once golden brown on top and an internal temperature of 165 is reached.
  • Take out and let cool for 15 minutes.
  • Warm mushroom gravy on stove top at low heat, and serve with Wellington.
