Lou's pizzas are made according to the family's original five-decade-old deep dish pizza recipe. All pizzas are hand-made from scratch, baked, and quickly frozen to preserve their hot-out-of-the-oven freshness.

Two 9-inch Lou Malnati's deep dish pizzas (each pizza serves two adults)

Pizzas available: Cheese, Gluten Free Cheese*, Sausage, Gluten Free Sausage*, Pepperoni, Gluten Free Pepperoni*, Veggie (mushroom, onion & green pepper), Spinach, and Crustless (Gluten Free made with a lean sausage base).

*There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 90 days.

For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan. Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan. Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown. Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza. If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes. Microwave cooking is not recommended.

    Overpriced and not worth it?

    I've followed their recipe from scratch and it's still NOT quite the same. Good Luck Joanne. You probably like the cardboard pizza with ketchup.

    Pizza

    Got these as a present. The pizza is delicious so I came to the website to order some more. Then I saw that it's $76 for two 9-inch pizzas. Really?! $38 for a 9-inch frozen pizza? I can't process that.

    Ridiculous cost, not worth it

    You people are actually charging $35 for a frozen 9 inch pizza to ship? That's absolutely ridiculous. I can make my own for $8 a pizza and it's better than yours. Nothing like trying to rip people off to make a buck

    My husband and I love this pizza, we have recently been to a Lou's in house and it was incredible as well, but we more often order frozen for ourselves and my father-in-law, and we have never been disapointed.

    Sausage and Spinach pizza

    I was pleasantly surprised, I loved the flavor, particularly the sauce. I’m a spinach lover but actually enjoyed the sausage more.

    EXCELLENT DEEP DISH PIZZA!!

    We had difficulty ordering the pizza on line Finally called the 800 number and ordered their 2 pack Veggie Deep Pizzas. The Pizzas were delivered within three days, completely frozen. The pizzas arrived at 10:55 a,m, We had one of the pizza that evening. The Veggie pizza was absolutely delicious! There was a slight problem with the upper crust being very, very hard. But otherwise, DELICIOUS! The hardness of the upper crust will not keep us from reordering. We have already placed another order for a 2 pack VEGGIE DEEP DISH PIZZA! With the next pizza, I will lightly coat the upper crust with canola oil to help avoid the hard upper crust. MANY THANKS LOU FOR FANTASTIC DEEP DISH PIZZAS !
