Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg. There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza.
Is Lou Malnati's Sausage beef or pork?
We use pork sausage on our sausage pizzas.
Do your pizzas contain eggs?
Our pizzas do not contain any eggs or egg products.
Do your pizzas contain nuts?
We do not have any peanuts or tree nuts in our pizzerias. Our chocolate chip cookie dough, used in our heart-shaped chocolate chip cookie, does not contain peanuts or tree nuts, but is made in a facility where peanuts and tree nuts are present.

Our pizzas do not contain any soy.
Do your products contain eggs?
Our pizzas do not contain any eggs or egg products, however, other products besides pizza that are sold on our website may contain eggs.

Real Urban Barbecue Baby Back Ribs are pork.
Do any of your products arrive raw?
Yes. The meats on our pizza are considered raw until baked. Also, Wildfire Steaks must be cooked before they are consumed.
