PLUS Eli's Original Plain Cheesecake - the one that started it all...simply a combination of the best quality slow-cultured cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, Madagascar vanilla beans and whole eggs. All baked on our signature crisp all-butter shortbread cookie crust. And finally, Long Grove's brown bag apple pie. Each pie is handmade and will make your mouth water for more.

Long Grove Apple Pie

  1. Completely defrost pie.
  2. Remove plastic wrap. Leave pie in paper bag.
  3. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven; slit top of bag and peel back to expose top of crust of pie.
  5. Return to oven for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Serve with ice cream.
