2 Malnati Chicago Classic™ Sausage Deep Dish Pizzas
The Malnati Chicago Classic is a signature deep-dish pizza from Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, featuring a flaky, buttery crust, tangy tomato sauce, lean sausage, and extra mozzarella cheese. The unique crust is a key characteristic, made with a recipe that includes butter and undergoes a 48-hour fermentation to develop a rich flavor. The pizza is assembled with cheese on the bottom, followed by sausage, and then topped with a thick layer of tomato sauce.
If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 90 days.
For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan and place directly on the middle rack. Cook until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown. Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza. If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes. Microwave cooking is not recommended.
