  • (2) Banana Coconut Chocolate Bar (0.5 oz): Sri Lankan coconut + banana + 72% cacao dark chocolate
  • (2) Turmeric Ginger Chocolate Bar (0.5 oz): A Golden Milk of Coconut, Turmeric, Ginger and Black Pepper in 45% cacao Dark Milk Chocolate

Each cookie weighs in at almost a half-pound. And unlike a store-bought, machine-made cookie, you can actually taste the real butter and hints of brown sugar with every bite. The crispy texture on the outside and the soft, chewy inside gives you the best of both worlds in one gourmet indulgence.

​To maintain the freshest Carol’s Cookies possible, we offer the following cookie care and storage instructions:

  • Freeze cookies upon arrival unless they’ll be consumed within 48 hours.
  • Do NOT put Carol’s Cookies in a cooler or a refrigerator. This will dry out the cookies more quickly.
  • Freeze any unused cookies in the freezer bag provided and close the bag tightly with a twist tie.
  • To defrost the cookies, please leave them out at room temperature for approximately two hours for that fresh out-of-the-oven taste.
  • The cookies can be refrozen twice before they start to lose their moistness.
  • Cookies placed in cookie jars or bakery cases maintain their freshness best when stored at room temperature.
  • Place a piece of white bread in the jar or case to absorb humidity and help optimize freshness.
  • Wrapping the cookies in Saran Wrap or cellophane may help to slightly increase shelf life.

​​If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 90 days.

​For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:
​Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan. Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan. Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown. Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza. If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes. Microwave cooking is not recommended.​
