  • Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas are made from the family's original recipe, perfected over five decades. Each pizza is handmade from scratch, baked, and quickly frozen to lock in its fresh taste. Not one, but two 9-inch pizzas, bringing the king of Chicago style pizza fresh to your table.

Chicken Wings:

  • Our newest arrival—wings from Lou Malnati's! The 10 lb. wings all come with 3 different sauces: Buffalo, Ranch, and Blue Cheese. Perfect for complimenting a Deep Dish pizza or Chicago-style hot dog, these wings bring the bold Chicago taste you know and love. Approx. 50-60 pieces and serves 12-16 people.
  • Chicken Wing Ingredients: Chicken wing sections, water, contains 2% or less of the following: corn starch, dextrose, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, dried carrot, dried garlic, dried vegetable stock (carrot, onion, celery), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), modified food starch, natural flavors, pea starch, rice flour, salt, sodium phosphates, sugar, tapioca starch, yellow corn flour. Blanched in vegetable oil.

    • 6 Ranch dressing packets 

    • 6 Blue Cheese dressing packets 

    • Approx. 50-60 pieces and serves 6-8 people

Two 9-inch Lou Malnati's deep dish pizzas (each pizza serves two adults):

Pizzas available: Cheese, Gluten Free Cheese*, Sausage, Gluten Free Sausage*, Pepperoni, Gluten Free Pepperoni*, Veggie (mushroom, onion & green pepper), Spinach, and Crustless (Gluten Free made with a lean sausage base).

*There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

​OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN WINGS:​

  • Conventional Oven: 

    1. Thaw wings completely. 

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 

    1. Place wings on a lightly oiled baking pan, leaving space between pieces. 

    1. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. 

    1. Switch oven to Broil (High) and broil for 7–10 minutes until crisp. 

  • Air Fryer (Crispier Wings): 

    1. Thaw wings completely. 

    1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 

    1. Cook wings for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. 

    Cooking times may vary. Ensure wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F. 

  • Cover your wings in sauce, place them in a large mixing bowl, add sauce and toss! Or serve wings with sauce on side if preferred 

  • Notes: Package ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit. Upon arrival, place wings in freezer or refrigerator.

Storage:
If still frozen or cool to the touch when delivered, immediately freeze and enjoy within 90 days!
Baking and Serving Your Pizza:
*For the ultimate Chicago style pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. (microwave not recommended)
Step 2: Remove lid and pizza from the pan. Wipe condensation from the pan, then lightly oil it.
Step 3: Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack.
Bake times: 25-30 minutes for cheese, 30-35 minutes for veggie, 35-40 minutes for sausage, pepperoni, or spinach.
Step 4: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Extra Baking Tips:
- Baking times may vary, suggested bake times are printed on your pizza's lid.
- Your Pizza is done when the cheese is fully melted and the crust is crisp and golden brown
- If your pizza is thawed, decrease your baking time 5 minutes
