Crustless pizzas are a gluten free, low carb option made with Lou's lean sausage as the base and topped with our gooey mozzarella cheese and vine-ripened tomato sauce.

Your choice of two, four, or six 9-inch crustless pizzas made with Lou's lean sausage as the base and topped with our gooey mozzarella cheese and vine-ripened tomato sauce.

If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 30 days.

For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan. Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan. Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown. Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza. If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes. Microwave cooking is not recommended.

    Size

    Having relocated to Maine from Chicago, I really miss this pizza! Have ordered a few times now. First time I was surprised at how small the deep dish pizza was. This time it seemed even smaller. As instructed, I took it out of the tin pan to wipe out condensation before cooking. When put back in pan there is a huge gap on all sides of the pan. I have to make two for dinner as one will not feed us. On the plus side these are really delicious. I just wish they were bigger. Would be a better value considering that these are not cheap.

    Tasty….but

    I was surprised at how small the crustless pizzas were. However, they taste great. They are definitely NOT 9 inches.

    Gluten Free Yumm!

    These are our favorite pizza's since we don't have to worry about any crust. The taste is absolutely fantastic!

    Best out if state trick or treat ever!

    The all grown up and out of state grand kids are glad their all grown up! She loved the crestless deep dish and he thinks the Italian beef and pepper pizza is the worlds best!
