The one ding is that the pan description said to spread salt out on the bottom and bake for 6 hours and I didn't see that it did much. I searched youtube to see what others did and I found one that seemed to do more. I then gave it one similar seasoning as to cast iron/carbon steel pan and that really helped in the cooking. I only did one seasoning cycle. Obviously using the right amount of oil to cook the pizza seasons it further.

These pans are the way to bake these pies! Very happy with the way the pies turn out in these pans. The spatulas have sharp edges for cutting through the crust, and I love the wood handle. Money well spent as I will definitely be purchasing & baking more pizzas!
