Lou's Heart Shaped Chocolate Chip Cookie & Heart Shaped Pizza

Florida friends loved their Christmas gift!!!

This was a gift for someone who had heart surgery. Great idea, but they were disappointed that the large cookie in the package arrived shattered and in a bent tray. Three emails sent to customer service and no response. Better packaging needed for the price.

I ordered the heart shaped pizza and heart cookie combo, for my girlfriend and I, for valentines day. I was horribly dissatisfied... the site does not give the dimensions of the heart pizza. I assumed they'd make a heart shaped pizza big enough to FEED A COUPLE. But the whole pizza is about the size of one slice of a normal Lou's deep dish pizza. Also teased me with the giant dry ice box that it comes in, only to find a miniature pizza. This is all ridiculously misleading! In what universe is this a meal for 2??? Thanks for completely ripping me off, Tatses of Chicago...

Our out of town family enjoyed a taste of home. Good but pretty small for the money.

I had these sent to my parents (who love Lou's) for Valentines Day. Not only did they enjoy everything taste-wise, but the package got to them in the time frame that was promised even though they were amidst a snow storm!
