Five 1 lb. packages of Manny's signature thinly sliced, pre-cooked corned beef.

Corned Beef
Thaw in refrigerator unopened overnight.
For warm sandwich: Submerse entire unopened package inwarm tap water (not boiling) for 10 minutes.
Separate individual slices to be used.
Refrigerate any unused portions.

    Top Tier Corned Beef

    I take my corned beef seriously. I've never lived in Chicago and have only had Manny's via airmail. Definitely up there with anything available in New York or Chicago. On a good day, it's maybe the best in the country. Sliced paper thin, with enough salt to give it the proper bouncy texture, with great flavor. Suggest drying it out thoroughly with paper towels before warming in the oven.
