When I received it, the sausage was frozen, and so were the bones, they weren’t stale they were frozen, besides that the sausage was just out of this world keep the skin the way it is that’s the original way, keep up the fantastic Recipe, Please don’t change a thing
I was disappointed in the quality of this, the skins were tough and very chewy. I have heard about Maxwell street sausage for a very long time. Finally I thought I would try it. I was not impressed.

Meat was excellent quality, but the buns were hard, stale when we opened the shipping containers. We wound up providing our own buns for the meal.
The mustard that was part of the kit was out of date, expired! The sausages were very good. Fortunately I had fresh mustard on hand.
My order showed up two days after expected delivery date and was completely thawed and smelled rancid.
