Package Contents

  • Two pounds of 12-hour smoked pulled pork
  • 12 mini buns
  • 13-oz. of Real Urban BBQ's original barbecue sauce

Pulled Pork

  • Stove Top: Thaw (see above on how to thaw). Bring large pot of water to a rapid boil. Submerge pack (do not remove packaging) in boiling water for approximately 8 minutes. OR Empty contents of pack into a medium saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Add desired amount of sauce.
  • Microwave: Thaw (see above on how to thaw). Remove from packaging. Heat for 1 1/2-2 minutes in a microwave-safe dish. Add desired amount of sauce, stir, and heat for an additional 30 seconds.

    Pulled Pork Kit

    My New Mexico family also loves the Pulled Pork kit, that comes with everything for a nice sandwich - buns, mac and cheese and bar b q sauce!! Terrific.

    Wasn't a fan of this, too much fat in worth the shredded meat.
