Our order process is straightforward and our Corporate Concierge team is here to help you every step of the way. Simply view our Popular Corporate Gift Options on this page or other items on our website to decide on your preferred gift packages - our team can also help you choose just the right gifts! Then download our Order Form and fill it out and email it back to us at CorporateOrders@tastesofchicago.com. Our team will contact you within one business day to confirm we've received your form, discuss the details of your order, and provide recommendations and any additional information. Once we confirm the order detail and receive all necessary information, we'll formalize the order and settle on payment, which is typically done with a credit or debit card. From there you'll receive a confirmation of the order, as well as ongoing communication about the items as they ship and when they are received.

We can normally turn orders around in approximately one week, but the exact timing will vary depending on the gift packages selected and the order volume, as well as if there are any customizations required. If you need a faster turnaround time, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your timing.

All perishable items are shipped frozen on dry ice within an insulated package. Rest assured your recipients will receive their gifts in a fresh, ready to enjoy state.

Yes, we offer certain discounts on corporate gift orders depending on the size of the order and the gift packages selected.

Standard shipping (2-day shipping for perishable items, ground shipping for non-perishable items) is included in all package pricing and is sent Monday through Wednesday for deliveries on Wednesday through Friday.

Yes, we offer gluten-free options on certain items including pizzas, pastas, desserts, and popcorn. We also offer vegetarian options as well.

For all orders we offer a free gift message that prints on the shipping label. For an additional fee, we also offer further customization options including custom logo cards and custom logo spatulas. Please inquire for turnaround times and specific pricing on customization orders.
