The food is always good but what will keep me coming back is the service. This year our shipment was delivered to the wrong address and then stolen. When I explained everything that happened the customer service team listened and seemed to genuinely care, which is rare these days. They worked hard to fix my issue just before a crazy holiday storm. Grateful that people still care enough about the little things.
