I ordered 6 pizzas for Santa Fe, NM delivery. I was worried because delivery was initiated on Monday and I didn’t receive the pizzas until Thursday at noon. The dry ice was still partially in tact and the pizzas were completely frozen. Great packaging.
We tried the thin crust sausage/pepperoni (with tempered expectations) and it was absolutely AMAZING! Ingredients were flavorful and plentiful! The crust had Lou’s flavor. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give it a try (Im a pizza snob from Chicago and absolutely love this pizza)!!!
I just wish I could crack the code on the sauce recipe on these pizzas. It's the best sauce I have ever had. Now that I've ordered the Lou Malnati's frozen pies, I can never eat another grocery store frozen pizza. These are perfection. Everything was very well packed, the dry ice survived the trip, and all pizzas remained frozen. Shipping was super fast. Totally worth every penny.

Of the three pizzas , I have tried the thin sausage and the spinach deep dish . Both were broken in half. I’m not sure if it was a shipping issue , but they were completely frozen when they arrived. I don’t know if the third pizza is also broken,

I ordered our 3 pizzas on Tuesday 1/24/23 and they were delivered Thursday night 1/26/23 . Open the box and the opened the styrofoam lid and the dry ice keep them frozen solid. Can’t wait to cook them on NFL Championship Sunday. Was hoping the Chicago Bears would have been playing this weekend.
I have ordered from this site twice. I missed Chicago pizza. Sadly, the beef pizza they ship has twice as many jalapeños that beef. I have four kids, and they couldn't even try the pizzas. I do not understand the inability to order a pizza and have it made to specifications on this site. I do not eat pork. That means cheese only or nothing. At Lou's, there were always options, and I am bummed I can't order a "made for" pizza.
