Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had! Luckily I will be back in the area next month and will be able to enjoy it hot out of the oven.

Hello,I have always been a fan of what I considered to be Chicago's best deep dish pizza. I have lived away from the city for about ten years now and seldom come back. When I do manage to make it back, there's nothing like a fresh pie from your establishment. I remembered receiving a sausage pizza as a care package once while in college and being amazed and how the taste of a frozen pizza was nearly identical to the freshly prepared. As I remembered this as an option to have these tasty treats shipped frozen, I recently placed an order of four pizzas, the variety pack containing the veggie pizza. After following the simple enough directions I noticed when the pizza was done, there was a deep liquid layer on top. It was watery and after cutting into the pizza and allowing it to cool, had soaked into the crust leaving it soggy. Perhaps it was an error in cooking, but I was very disappointed to be eating a watery, soggy rendition of what I had high hopes of enjoying. Perhaps it was condensation that made its way into the vegetables prior to freezing is the only thing I can speculate, and perhaps this is unavoidable. Anyhow, this won't stop me from re-ordering pizzas and the others (pepperoni, sausage and spinach) were all delicious without this issue. I just wanted to bring attention to what could possibly be more than one isolated issue with this particular pizza.Thanks, Order: 55585

Sent pizzas and cookie to son and daughter-in-law. Son is from Chicago area and Lou Malnati's was his favorite pizza. I was very impressed with the customer service. The pizza speaks for itself - a big YUM from Oregon.

This is the second time I've ordered Lou's to be shipped to Wisconsin. It's my husband's favorite so I had 4 delivered for his birthday. Always a hit! Ordering is easy and love the fact you can pick your date.

Since my visit to your Restaurant last summer, my friends and I have to get our Lou fix. Your pizza pizza is far better than any local establishment. I'm very partial to New York style pizza but you have converted me to Lou's Chicago style pizza. I have co-workers make an order this year and have enjoyed their pizza as much as I have. We are looking to come back to Chicago next summer and will make our visit.

As an Army Retiree wanted to share my kind of town cuisine with my fellow Veterans and family for Christmas. Some couldn't wait til Christmas and they told me why after they ate. They say they can't wait till next Christmas. (I don't want to spoil them.)

I purchased pizzas for my son in Sarasota FL for the 4th year. Again, the service is top-notch and delivery is always on time. A little bit of home goes to far-away places. Thanks
