Love your deep dish pizza, they are a tasty addiction....only flaw this time was the cheese pizza...somehow or other it had shrunk and did not fill the pan. When I took it out to bake there was a good 3/4 all the way around the pizza itself in the pan. The other 3 no problem....just thought you should know.
The pizza's were excellent, they are always fresh just like we were there in Chicago eating them and they were really really good. Thanks for making Lou's pizza's available to those who are no longer in Chicago.
I grew up in Chicago about 5 minutes from the Lincolnwood location. Used to love going there for pizza, now living in Cincinnati and I can still have that great pizza here. Thanks Lou
Loved every minute of eating these pies. The key is to wipe all ice dust and water out the pan and off the pizza before cooking. Crust comes out nicest that way. enjoy!
Delivered on time. Was starting to thaw so maybe use more dry ice in hot weather.
