Crust had no flavor. Not much cheese. Maybe I expected too much. If you can't replicate it frozen, then don't do it. I would rather have a Digiornos frozen pizza for 4 dollars. Not happy I paid $100 for 4. Save your money and learn how to make it at home.

Just barely ok

Great service but smaller pizza than expected
Great service, everything arrived perfectly and on time and pizza cooking instructions were spot on. But for $30 per pie I have to admit I expected more. I would eat at the restaurant if I were in Chicago, but won't order again as is. Fill those pans to the top instead of half way and I would order again.

Cheaper than ordering an inferior pizza locally
I ordered Lou's pizza on a stay in Chicago. Best deep dish pizza is ever had. Kept thinking about how good it was so finally looked it up and THEY SHIPPED! Honestly, it tasted just like what you'd get at the Chicago locations. Also, I thought it was expensive until I realized it's more to order a Pizza Hut or Dominos...and there is just no comparison taste-wise!

BEST Pizza I've ever had!
I was born and raised in Chicago and moved to Tennessee over 30 years ago. I was so miserable thinking I'd never have authentic Chicago pizza or Vienna Beef hot dogs again and when I found out that Lou's would ship their pizza's and hot dogs, I was so excited! I usually splurge a couple of times a year and it's always, always, well worth the price for these delicious pizzas and hot dogs. I usually get the 4 pack and my husband and I keep 2 and give the other 2 to our son who also LOVES Lou's! I don't know if it's their patented butter crust, the italian sausage, or sauce they use on their pizzas, but whatever it is, it's the best pizza I've ever had in my life :)

Lous Pizza
I grew up on Lou's. Moved to Dallas 4 years ago. the worst pizza....Found one place that has white pizza, not bad....Nothing can compare to Lou's....ever.

Great for a pizza desert situation.
When we moved from NE Illinois to Central Florida we had a REALLY hard time finding a pizza we could actually eat. It seems ridiculous to have pizza shipped 1000 miles when there are probably 15 pizza places within 10 miles of us. But, it took several tries to find a pizza here we didn't throw out without finishing. Lou's has always been one of our favorites and getting those shipped here was like getting a Christmas present. I kind of wish we could get the thin crust as well as I like those too ... and they cook faster.

Real deal Chicago Style Pizza to your door and freezer!
I've been getting Lou Malnati's pizza delivered all the way to Dallas, TX for over 25 years, and it NEVER disappoints! I especially love their sausage pizza because it's one gigantic piece of sausage that covers the entire pie, and that means you get some with every bite! I've learned a trick or two about preparing these pizzas over the years and have perfected the process so my pizzas rarely burn or stick to the bottom of the pan. Here's how: Follow their directions by taking the pizza out of the pan and wiping out any condensation, and then get a piece of parchment paper and lay it in the pan so a little bit overlaps the sides. Place the pizza back into the pan on top of the parchment paper, but be sure to cut off the corners so they don't stick too far out of the pan, touch the oven rack and burn. Doing this will make it easy to cut and/or remove the pizza from the pan and then you simply throw away the used parchment paper,, works every time even straight from your freezer, which is how I normally prepare mine. Order from Lou Malnati's for those you know that are homesick for Chicago, or for yourself as a special treat to keep in your freezer. Every night is Pizza Night with my Lou's!

Fabulous!
A friend told me this is the only place she eats pizza when she lived in Chicago, so when I went we had to try it. So good. Then I found out I could have it at home. I almost wept. Nothing beats having it made fresh but this is so close. Worth it!
