The service is terrible. My shipment arrived days late I reported it when it first became late. No response then days later a thawed runny mess arrived. I wanted my products. I had bought the Lou's Special. It took days for any response and without asking they just refunded my money. I had wanted my order. Guess I will find another place for my Xmas gifts. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The cheese pizza had little to no flavor with limited sauce. The veggie pizza we took all the topping from one half and layered it on the other half to create a somewhat flavorful experience. The Pepperoni had limited amount of thin slices. All in all I felt bad for the person who gifted me this. I gave the other 3 pizzas to a family with limited income.

The pizzas were so Good! Love to get a “Taste of Chicago” while living in another state!! Miss Chicago foods. The only issue was shipping, pizza was thawing by time it was delivered. We live in Florida, it’s 90 degrees here so I recommend that they add extra dry ice to hot states. They did replace it though quickly.
