I ordered six pizzas to be delivered to a residence. For some reason they went to the local UPS store, luckily my customer happened into that UPS store the next day and UPS told him they had a delivery for him. There was never any notification or call or email telling him that his pizzas were at UPS when they were supposed to be delivered directly to his front door. I’ve emailed Lou Malnati’s 2 times And no response, very disappointed.

Your pizzas are great, but our favorite is the sausage and pepperoni combined. We had them earlier this year and loved them even more than the sausage.
I ordered pizzas off the get 7 for the price of 6 promotion. I only received 6 in the shipment. When I called above the problem I got 2 contradictory stories as to the resolution (we will send an email with a credit or the credit will appear automatically in my next order). I have no confidence in either answer, particularly since the website behaves very poorly with Chrome. Too bad really because pizzas are terrific.h
