The pizza is great, but there has not been enough dry ice in my last two orders (I always order 6 pizzas at a time.)The pizza arrived still frozen but it had started to smell. I always call in my order to ask for extra dry ice but the dry ice is always gone by the time I get my order.
Wow. Needs a lot more experimentation and work. Not very good.

I ordered the six pizza deal to be delivered to my son and wife for meals after new baby arrival, and there was a ‘order six get one free deal’ going on, but they only received the six, no 7th. Of course, they were thrilled to receive them, and have already devoured two - and of course they were delicious and so appreciated since Charleston doesn’t have a Lou’s…..but I’m a little disappointed that they didn’t get the free one. Oh well, live and learn I guess.
