Pizzas were defrosted and 3 of them were shoved into the packaging sideways. I did send an email about this but got no response. We are regular customers and this time did not meet our expectations Thank you

I have been ordering Louis pizza for years. Something is different. Im disappointed since either the recipe or the ingredients are different. Not sure if I will ever order again. Sad and disappointing.
