6 Lou Malnati's Deep Dish Pizzas

Excellent

Love Lou Malnati’s pizza, but this time half of the order had thawed enough in the delivery process that when I opened them, the toppings had slid toward a side. When arrived, all dry ice was gone, and I couldn’t tell how much they had thawed. The tins were cool but not really cold as they usually are. Put in freezer and then I pulled out to bake had to throw the first three pizzas out because they definitely appeared to have thawed all the way. Sent an email with pics to Taste of Chicago, but no response yet.

Delivery was delayed almost two weeks; spoke with customer service agent and her response was "our systems are messed up"

I order Lou Malnati's pizza packs every two months. The current package did not taste the same. The crust taste was not very good and it fell apart which is not normal. The overall taste of the pizzas was okay but not up to the normal standards. I hope that this is an anomaly and that they have not changed the recipe.

We ordered a pack of 6 pizzas when we got them one was crushed. It had to have been put it the delivery container already crushed because the box and styrofoam container were not damaged. Why would one of your employees send out damaged merchandise, I guess they don’t have pride in their work or business reputation. Maybe they were told to send it damaged to cut back on company losses. I don’t know but I’m pretty upset about this and I will be telling my friends that place orders from you !!!
