Arrived a day late. No dry ice left. Product felt cold, but I'm not going to chance it.
The pizzas arrived and all the dry ice was gone. The pizzas were pretty much thawed.
I would have said the Pizza and the process was excellent, but the website said Sausage and Pepp was available when it wasn’t. I also got my Order 2 days late without being noticed it was delayed because they didn’t have what I ordered. Let’s up the Quality assurance on your website and app guys.

The pizzas never arrive frozen, defrosted near the top of the container. This issue is consistent and should have been figured out by now given shipping food across the country is your core business.
The pizza was defrosted when it showed up. The delivery was late. Unfortunate because I really like this pizza but I was afraid to eat it.
We sent the 6 pizza pack to a relative in Arkansas who used to live in Chicago, IL. They were delivered to the wrong address! The pizza's were of course deep dish but VERY SMALL! Considering the cost we paid this was NO DEAL! $130.00 was blown in the wind!
