When I moved from the Chicago area, I could not find a satisfactory substitute for Lou Malnati's pizza. Our tradition is to have it every Friday night. Finally, Tastes of Chicago solved the problem. We used to love love love this pizza. Still think the crust is the best. We do not like the sausage that is now used. We wish you would go back to the crumbled sausage. Also, the bottom crust often comes out very wet even after scraping off excess ice.
