The third time is the charm. My previous two orders were held up in a UPS warehouse over the weekend and when the product was finally delivered, it was spoiled and he'd to be discarded. Lou's made sure that the last order was delivered when promised and was in proper condition. Thanks for your help and great pizza.
They are great pizza we live in arizona now and they got here still frozen gave the veggie ones to neighbors they just loved them

I've ordered from Lou Malnati's several times prior to this order. No problems ever. This time, however, the delivery was four days late, ice had melted and product was in very bad shape. It was also missing my free pizza. I contacted Lou Malnati's and received a very speedy response from a nice lady named Debbie Karbin. She is reordering for me and I should have it by Wednesday Nov. 19. Issue resolved immediately to my satisfaction.
