I ordered 6 cheese pizza's, as per normal I add my own toppings. It was everything I had expected in a Chicago Pizza! I was told this was one of the best places to eat and Chicago and this pizza so far has proven that, I heard right!! Can't wait to try other stuff!! I also love that, it gets delivered over night! Keep up the good work!
Cheese pizzas were cooked 20 minutes longer than suggested and the crust was still soggy!
I am from NJ. I ordered six pizzas to be delivered to a family vacation in Kansas. I had never had them before but saw them on a food show. THEY WERE ALL DELICIOUS! Even better for a quick leftover lunch. Honestly, everyone loved them.

I ordered 6 pizza's to be delivered to my son for his house warming party (as a surprise for him).. UPS had corrected the address and then placed the package in the wrong bin. After several calls and lengthy conversations to UPS it was sent to the UPS facility to be picked up on a Saturday by 12 noon after this amount of time the pizza's would no longer be any good. My son went to the UPS facility - that they PROMISED WOULD BE THERE IN WILL CALL TO PICK UP BY NOON- --No pizza,oops they never took it off the trailer to be put in a will call bin. After telling my son to come back in 45 min. so they could try to locate the package, still no pizza's after all that time wasted driving and waiting!!! Thank goodness for Dawn in the customer service department in Chicago for Lou Malnati's. She immediately set up another order to be shipped out and my son had his pizza's and some cookies delivered by Thursday. I am sure the employees at UPS enjoyed eating the first package that they claim they couldn't locate...hmmm Merchant Response (2014-08-14T00:00:00.000Z): Issue resolved with customer care on 8-4-14
