I had concerns about mail ordering pizza. We shouldn't have worried. The package arrived on time, the pizzas were still fully frozen. But the best part came when we baked one. Unbelievably good! It really is a taste of Chicago.

We have always taken the pizza from the freezer to the oven. Our friends pointed out that we are supposed to take the pizza out, wipe it and the pan off and put olive oil in the pan. We did that but most of the pizzas burned.
