Whenever our daughter and her family visit from New York a trip to Malnati's ia always necessary. We sent our son-in-law the six-pizza pack for his 40th birthday about a week ago. I checked to see how they turned out and they said they tasted just as they do when they come for a visit to Chicago and we go to the restaurant.
Really enjoyed the Malnatis experience at home. Tip: cook 'em a few minutes longer than they suggest.
We ordered a 6 pack to have at our 10 year olds birthday. I'm not sure which type the kids enjoyed more the cheese, spinach, or veggie. What surprised many of the parents was that their picky eaters were more than happy to eat their veggies! It was a perfect addition to our party! Thanks!!
I live in Virginia and this is my second order of 6 deep dish pizzas. My daughter and her husband live in Chicago and they're the ones who told me about Lou Malnati's pizza. I am hooked and everyone who's tried them in VA absolutely love them!!!
we ordered the sausage and veggie pizzas. they are not as good as eating in the restaurant, however, we live in Missouri and it is a bit of a drive, so we have to go with the frozen delivery option. the pizza is still very good.
The order was on time and in good condition, and the pizza is the best anywhere.
When I first started buying and having them sent they were fine. The last 2 times I got these they are burning on the bottom when I cook them - not sure what is going on but it ruins the taste when they burn. I'm not doing anything different so it has to be the dough. This will be my last batch for awhile.
