Crust too hard.
The pizza was tasty: however, the crust was very hard couldn't cut it with knife. I cooked the pizza as directed. There must be a way to keep the crust moist just like you get with carry out or if you eat at the restaurant.

The pizzas arrived perfectly frozen. They are delicious. They just seem smaller than they used to be.
I have been a fan of Lou's for years and this pizza did not disappoint. Although some of the packaging of the pans have come a little mangled. I just wish Lou's would open a restaurant here in Indiana's second largest city!
Awesome !!!
If I have to be stranded in fish fry Friday land, then thank God for Malnatis to arrive as good as it can get without being in my beloved Chicago.
As always the pizza I sent as a gift to my son were great. He misses these after moving to another state. I send them for his birthday
Alway's the best- only pizza my family will eat!
At least 1 of the 7 recipients did not receive any notification of who sent the pizza. I finally mentioned to a mutual acquaintance that this person had not thanked me.Also, I was told I would receive a $100 credit to use in January, but I have not received any acknowledgement of it. Tastes of Chicago used to be much more dependable.
No email concerning delivery. Received a notification two days after delivery. No call back to order after two hours wait time. Hard to sent pizzas with that kind of service.
