6 Lou Malnati's Deep Dish Pizzas

Delivered late at night and sat out on my porch all night. I tried to call customer service. The wait time was so long I had to hang up. Put in my freezer as soon as I saw the carton. Poor customer service

Delivery was right on time. Love being able to get these delicious pizzas here in New Mexico! Truly a taste of Chicago away from home!

We keep our freezer stocked with these. When kids are over and we want feed them something great... or when it is just movie night for my wife and I, these pizzas never disappoint! Great gifts too!

Almost a month ago, they delived 10 pizzas. 2 were incorrectly sent as Italian beef with sweet peppers( which we have never ordered) we notified them immediately, but no action was taken. I guess they did not belive us, but here's the proof. Food is delicious otherwis

I never was notified when my pizza would be delivered. It came on a day I was out of town. I sent an email to customer service and got no response. Poor service and poor communication.

I love Lou Malnati’s pizzas, and I’ve ordered frozen ones before and they were perfect, but sadly this time wasn’t such a great experience. When the box arrived, I opened it to find not only was there no dry ice or cooling element, but it felt warm and humid inside. The pizzas themselves even felt defrosted and flimsy in the packaging, but I hoped perhaps it was ok and put them in the freezer. When I disposed of the box, I found mold under the styrofoam insert, so that was a little worrying. A day later I decided to bake a couple and when I opened them found both were covered in mold. We then checked them all and all of them had a large amount of mold, which judging by the amount in the box and on the pizzas, they must have been sitting in the box defrosted for a good amount of time for that amount of growth. I immediately sent an email with pictures (it was after the phone hours) and got a response quickly saying they would replace the order and have it to me by the end of the week. I responded confirming my address promptly and then…nothing. I followed up a few days letter and still nothing, and sent another follow up on Friday (the end of the week) and I’ve yet to hear anything. This has been an extremely disappointing experience from a place I really love and I’m not sure I can recommend ordering this way in the future. It’s one thing when a product arrives incorrectly, but then the customer service faltered. I’ve attached the photos and screenshots of the email. Thank you, and I hope to hear from someone soon.

So good, my picky husband was impressed! Fed a family of 4 by adding a salad with the meal.
