No one from customer service replied after two emails. Phone lines were always busy and it was an all computer generated switch board which led to more waiting and no one answering. My complaint was that you couldn’t modify multiple addresses for a big order. So I had to put in 4 different orders and they lost all my stored addresses from previous years.
The pizzas are always fresh, never "greasy", and taste great. Cooking time is minimal for a delicious result. Just like being there in person. When I need a taste of Chicago after all these year, Lou Malnati's feels like home.
I make this an annual Christmas gift for my brother in law.

The pizzas are half their original size. They were so small they shook around in the aluminum pie dish they came packed in and which showed what size they used to be. So disappointing.

I love receiving my Lou Malnati's pizzas every time I order them. This time they came early and I didn't get an email or notification that they were there so they sat at my door. I don't know how long. The box was damaged and some pizzas were smushed and had broken crusts. I was disappointed. They usually do better than this.
