we were disappointed but two of the pizzas have very little sauce and cheese on them. We have been buying Lou's for more than 10 years as we moved to Dallas form Chicago. Have you changed the recipe or ratio of ingredients?
I ordered six pizzas, a cookie and some candy. The ice melted on all the food was impacted. I sent two emails to the company and have not heard back from the company or received replacements. I have ordered many times in the past with no issues. This was very disappointing.
FedEx did an awful job delivering my order. On the “first” delivery attempt, they claimed I was not home, although I was and did not leave the box, as if a signature was required, although it was not! On the “second” delivery attempt, I left a note on the door asking the FedEx driver to deliver to a neighbor, but they didn’t. On the third and final delivery attempt, I was home, but the package was just left at the door without even ringing the bell. If FedEx was just going to leave the package at the door, why didn’t they just leave it at the door on the first delivery attempt? Needless to say, the pizzas were all thawed and unsafe to eat by the time they were actually delivered. TasteOfChicago replaced the order and used overnight, next day delivery at no extra charge to me! They obviously value their customers and that’s the kind of business I want to deal with. I love your pizza, it's the best in the world!! However: On November 21 I ordered (number 125617) a six pack of pizzas for a total of $159.00 including shipping. They were shipped that day, but never arrived. I called the toll free number on November 25, and the person who helped me sent another order (131387); this shipped on November 28. I was charged an additional 30.00 for shipping (that’s fine; your pizza is worth it). However, it is now December 6, and I have not received my pizzas. I called the toll free number on December 5 and had you guys call me back, but I flubbed the return call and accidentally hung up. So I called again today (Dec. 6) and have not been able to get through, nor has anyone called me back when I chose that option, twice (once at 7:43 AM Alaska time [10:43 AM Central Time], and again about five hours later). Please help me.

One of the many things we miss from Chicago (except the snow) is the Lou Malnati’s Pizza! We treated ourselves to a mail order of a four pack and then went back for a six pack of pizzas! It was so nice to receive the Long Grove Pecan Caramel Patties included in the shipment. They are delicious as well as the pizzas. It was a wonderful reminder of what we enjoyed when living n the Chicago area for many many years.
