We have relocated to Tennessee from Shitcago. We miss Lou's pizza badly! We have used lou's several times for mail order and have thoroughly enjoyed it! Just as good as being there! Wish more restaurants would offer mail orders! Like Plum Garden in McHenry!
The promotion offered was confusing and will force me to buy even more pizzas to supposedly get a “free” pizza. A mere few days after I received my order, several much better offers were sent to me.I tried calling the phone number, was put in hold forever. I even left my name and phone number for a call back which I have never received. I am an ex-Chicagoan, love the pizza, but may not ever order again. Verydisappointing.
Great pizza
When I placed the order, I specifically repeated what I wanted to write on the card/box. I had to contact the recipient to ask if they received the package since I did not hear back from them…..just disappointed.
I have ordered many times and never have had so many problems I ordered the pizza on Nov 9, 2022, order number113313. The order was never sent until Nov16,2022 and I got it Nov 18,2022. Almost 9 days, my last order was like 4 days. Also, we have had three of them so far and two of them the crust tasted dry and stale. I did not keep the top to the pepperoni since I thought it was only one bad one. We had the vegetable yesterday and the same issue, the crust tastes dry and stale. I kept the top this time and the upc number is 8640100004. Could you please check into this. Your quality has been always top notch.
