Lou Malnati's legendary pizzas are hand-made from scratch with mozzarella cheese, vine ripened plum tomatoes, and fresh toppings layered upon a tasty crust.

Six 9-inch Lou Malnati's deep dish pizzas (each pizza serves two adults)

Pizzas available: Cheese, Gluten Free Cheese*, Sausage, Gluten Free Sausage*, Pepperoni, Gluten Free Pepperoni*, Veggie (mushroom, onion & green pepper), Spinach, and Crustless (Gluten Free made with a lean sausage base).

*There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 90 days.

For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan. Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan. Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown. Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza. If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes. Microwave cooking is not recommended.

    disappointed

    I have ordered many times and never have had so many problems I ordered the pizza on Nov 9, 2022, order number113313. The order was never sent until Nov16,2022 and I got it Nov 18,2022. Almost 9 days, my last order was like 4 days. Also, we have had three of them so far and two of them the crust tasted dry and stale. I did not keep the top to the pepperoni since I thought it was only one bad one. We had the vegetable yesterday and the same issue, the crust tastes dry and stale. I kept the top this time and the upc number is 8640100004. Could you please check into this. Your quality has been always top notch.     Loved my Pizzas

    I loved these pizzas. When I was in Chicago this summer I had one at one of their restaurants. When I saw they shipped I decided to give them a try. I had put in my PO Box and I received an email that my order was out on hold but was communicated with very well once I gave them my physical address. My pizzas still made it on the estimated delivery date too. :blush:

    Shipping and packing issues are detracting from product quality.

    The concerning issue is the damage that was done to the pizzas in shipment. The box had minor damage on the outside but when opened it was clear it had been abused during shipment to our home. Both the styrofoam case and lid were severely broken in several spots. Everything was still frozen, however all the pans were flattened. I don’t yet know if the pizzas have been damaged. However it does seem that this new approach of not crimping the lid to the pan and expecting the plastic wrap to maintain package integrity is an issue. I first noticed it on a box I had shipped to Tucson. The Italian Beef pizzas not being crimped while the other were. I really think you will have a problem with this approach and wonder how much testing was done before the change was made.
