I've been ordering for years and I don't like how shipping costs is bundled into the pricing. I used to order a lot more food, but now you get really soaked with shipping costs if you want to order from a couple of Chicago restaurants that aren't part of a prepackaged bundle. PLEASE let me choose my food and choose my own shipping costs separately. (I would order more)!

Not enough cheese. For stuff pizza not very thick. The sauce was good.
We have had Lou’s shipped to us 3 times. This last order was arrived the day before Thanksgiving which was perfect because it was our Thanksgiving dinner! The quality of these pizzas were so unbelievably low compared to our first 2 orders. We had very disappointed dinner guests, who were very excited to try Lou’s for the first time. I tried reaching out to customer service twice and I have not gotten any reply’s. 100% satisfaction guaranteed WHERE?! So very disappointed.

This is the first time with all of my orders that I had a problem with delivery. UPS driver refused order on Friday, 11/25 because dry ice had melt. UPS redelivered wet unfrozen pizzas on Saturday, 11/26. I emailed twice and support was looking into it and nothing was done. I called 11/30 in the morning on my way to work and was on hold over 10 minutes, called again in the evening on hold for 48 minutes with customer service. Initially the agent said she would have to look into this, and I shared I would have talk to her boss. Please know this was a xmas gift, and if I had not got upset and asked to speak to supervisor not sure if anything would be done.I appreciate the new pizzas being reshipped, but disappointed that nothing was done with my two emails and if I would not have got upset not sure if anything would have been done it all. Lastly, also customer service did not offer any discount, apology or discount for the inconvenience either. Sharing this so you can improve your customer service experience for customers. I need to place additional orders but am very concerned with customer experience. Will they too have the same problems? Feel free to contact me.

Delish! But, one of the new beef & pepper ones was pretty beat up, with the clear wrapping torn open & pan crushed. :pensive:
