6 Lou Malnati's Deep Dish Pizzas

We enjoy Lou Malnati pizza!

Placed the order and was received when they said they would.

I have been ordering Malnati’s pizzas for 15 years and the quality and costumer service has just plummeted. Our family no longer eats meat. We ordered a 6 pack - 5 cheese, 1 spinach. What arrived was. 5 sausages and 1 spinach - which is only part of the problem. The pizzas also arrived at room temperature as there was a shipping delay and the dry ice had all melted by the time it arrived. Called customer service but only got a busy signal. Emailed customer service and received no answer back. What a disappointment.

I love your pizzas and wanted to send 6 to a friend for Christmas. I set the delivery for mid December. I got an e-mail from you stating you changed the date and my friends received it right after Thanksgiving. It was very disappointing.

Pizzas arrived completely thawed, basically mush. Sent two emails to support and never received a reply. Tried calling only to always get a busy signal. Third time ordering. Pizza is great. Service is terrible.

What an easy way to gift friends with great pizza. Not my first nor last time.

Well the pizzas took 9 days to arrive at the destination and they were all thawed out. The recipient did contact Taste of Chicago and replacements were sent, but it was over 2 weeks from when I ordered and we'll paste the celebration day they were ordered for.

Our Pizzas were due for the Thanksgiving HOLIDAY, came defrosted, with no proper compensation but redelivered too late for surprise party. Should have been given Black Friday discount because when redelivered discount was offered. Best to have them delivered to Chicago or pick up at Lou's.

Pizza and chocolate were good but you did not deliver on time and the product was just slightly below room temperature which is a health risk. If you cannot deliver on time a product that is safe to eat I cannot order from you again.
