I received my pizzas 3 days late. They were thawed and the packaging was damaged. I did not feel they were safe to consume. Other than the auto-reply, I have yet to receive a response to my complaint. I'm sure this was probably a shipping issue, but I am disappointed in the lack of response to my complaint. I love these pizzas but will not be purchasing again if I do not receive a response.

I placed an order of 6 pizzas, they came 10 days later all thawed out and ruined, and after emailing customer service for assistance with the order, 10 days have passed with zero response! The pizzas were intended for a party and I can’t get anyone to respond. So frustrating!
Ordered Lou’s while in Florida in November. Left you on Monday and arrived on Friday. Had to cook em immediately. What is normally heaven was very different. We live in alaska prinzbrau@hotmail.com. And Lou’s arrives in the winter Just fine. Will skip the Florida order next time.
We received 6 of the Lou Malnati’s pizzas recently, Nov 25th, and tried to reach Customer Service to lodge a complaint. They must have been really busy since all we kept getting was an odd time and busy signal. The pizzas showed up in the normal styrofoam packaging, but we’re thawed out, 2 of the 6 were flattened with the plastic seals open. Sauce had thawed and leaked it’s way into the rest of the package. We couldn’t get through by phone the next day so we used email, and believe there was supposed to be a response within 24 hours. We followed up 4-5 days later and still don’t have a response. We order these 6-packs 2-3 times/year and this is the first time this has happened. Even in summer there’s always a large chunk of dry ice that survives the trip. That just wasn’t the case this time. We understand it’s the holidays, but hoping to still to hear something back from Tastes of Chicago.
