I have now tried baking the pizzas in the foil pan they are shipped in and the stainless pan and I have to say I will always bake the pies in the foil they are shipped in. The crust seems to get a little more crunchy in the foil pan. I am not happy I spent the money for the stainless pan to find out it is not as good.

great pan, misleading picture
Great pan, it heated the pizza more evenly in comparison the tin the pizza came in. Be aware that it is the pan only! The picture makes it seem like it is the spatula and pan but if you look under the picture it says spatula sold separately which is in the same red letters as the other text so I missed it.

ordered the deep dish pan-very high quality. spatula wasn't shipped-called, was told the spatula was an extra cost-told them the spatula was pictured with the pan with no disclosure that it was extra-very nice CS rep who will ship out a spatula at no xtra cost.
