Bought pizzas that were guaranteed to deliver before Thanksgiving. The pizzas arrived 2 days late and the dry ice had melted and the pizza had thawed and spilled out inside the shipping container. Very disappointing. I have ordered Lou Malnati’s pizza several times before and this is the first time a delivery has come late and thawed/messy. I will think twice before ordering again.

Bought this as a gift for my father who moved to Florida. He always makes sure to get deep dish pizza when he comes to Chicago for a visit. He loved the gift so much he shed a tear while thanking me.
Poor quality pizza-crust was thin and pizza was smaller-super downgrade from last year...
My sister & brother in law loves it, this was second time I sent them the Lou Malnatis pizza & popcorn.
All directions were closely followed but the crust was hard, stale, and inedible. I don’t ever plan on ordering from Lou’s again.
