Crustless pizzas are a gluten free, low carb option made with Lou's lean sausage as the base and topped with our gooey mozzarella cheese and vine-ripened tomato sauce.

Your choice of two, four, or six 9-inch crustless pizzas made with Lou's lean sausage as the base and topped with our gooey mozzarella cheese and vine-ripened tomato sauce.

If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 30 days.

For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan. Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan. Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown. Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza. If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes. Microwave cooking is not recommended.

    Delicious without the guilt

    Best alternative to those with gluten allergies or on a keto diet. Same Lou Malnati’s delicious sauce, cheese and sausage. Love them!

    The best crustless pizza

    Love the crustless pizza. Since I do Keto, it hits the spot for pizza and don't even need to spend a cheat day! Would love for topping options for sausage crust pies, but well done!

    I had to throw the

    I had to throw the 2 pizzas away! The pizzas were thawed & dripping & the boxes were both soaked with the thawed pizza & packing dry ice. My delivery box smells of thawed pizza juices also.

    Choices were missing on site

    I used to eat Lou Malnatti 'za in Elk Grove Village IL & wanted some again, but your site was not clear on choices for meat or crust. I was not fond of the crustless pizza and there weren't any options.
