Corned Beef
Thaw in refrigerator unopened overnight.
For warm sandwich: Submerse entire unopened package inwarm tap water (not boiling) for 10 minutes.
Separate individual slices to be used.
Refrigerate any unused portions.

    Gotta Hav It !!

    Can't get to Chicago or NY for a great corned beef sandwich very often......so I get Manny's shipped....outstanding !!

    Manny's Corned Beef

    Good selection of point-cut and flat-cut; excellent flavor; enough fat for full flavor but still a lean product. I find it to be at its best when gently reheated in the oven and served on seeded rye bread.
