What size are your pizzas?
The pizzas we ship are 9", which serve 2 adults.
Can I customize a pizza?
Unfortunately the only pizza flavors available are cheese, sausage, pepperoni, veggie (mushroom, onion, and green pepper), spinach, or crustless sausage. We are not able to customize a pizza with different toppings.
Can I ship to more than one recipient at a time?
Yes, you may add all your items to your shopping cart at once. Then during the checkout process you may allocate items to your recipients. If you are shipping to more than 10 recipients, you may download and fill out our corporate order spreadsheet here, designed for over 100 recipients.
What happens after I submit my order?
You may see a temporary hold on your account until your order is shipped. For questions regarding your payment with PayPal, contact PayPal Customer Service at 1-888-221-1161.
How can I speed up the checkout process?
By accessing your Account Information you may add recipients to your Shipping Addresses. Then, during the checkout process, you select from your saved addresses and it will pull up that recipient's shipping information so you don't need to type it in each time.
What is your return/refund policy?
All items are final sale, but if an item arrives damaged or spoiled, please reach out to our team at (800) 568-8646 or fill out our contact form and we will make things right. We promise you will be 100% happy with not only your products, but your entire Tastes of Chicago experience. Customer Service is our passion.
