This Vienna Beef Hot Dog Kit & 2 Lou's Pizzas includes:

  • 2 9" Lou Malnati's deep dish pizzas
  • 10 Vienna Beef hot dogs
  • 10 poppy seed buns
  • 9 oz. of yellow mustard
  • 6 oz. of bright green relish
  • 6 oz. of spicy sport peppers
  • Celery salt
Heat in water, steam or grill the hot dogs and nestle them in a steamed poppyseed bun. Then pile on the toppings in this order :
1. Yellow Mustard
2. Bright Green Relish
3. Fresh Chopped Onion
4. Two Tomato Wedges
5. A Kosher Pickle Spear
6. Two Sport Peppers (careful!)
7. A Dash of Celery Salt
Tip : For perfectly steamed buns, place a warm, damp towel in the bottom of your steam table. Poke a few holes in the bun package and steam until buns are soft and warm.

    Almost a Chicago dog.

    We've been ordering both Vienna and Portillo's dogs for years along with Italian beef kits.and Lou's pies. This last order was disappointing. It's one thing to not send them with onion and tomato like they used to but sending it without the dill pickle spears just isn't a Chicago dog anymore.

    Late Arrival

    It arrived a day late after our son’s birthday. The hot dogs were frozen solid, not too sure about the pizzas. There was no dry ice left in the box. So it was disappointing.

    Hot dogs were probably the best I have ever had and the deep dish pizza.....best ever! Arrived a day late but everything was still frozen.
