Vienna Beef Hot Dog Kit & 2 Lou's Pizzas

Hot dog package was barely wrapped and frozen, therefore the buns were dried out. Tasted old.

Was nice to try something different and after 30 mins in crockpot thet was good to go.

The kit did not include some of the items that says would be included online. Very disappointing.

I was unable to get a account established after my first order. You were unable to send me updated status on my order by email. who ever manages you computer or IT dept sucks. When I requested by phone to get a account setup I was given a temp password which didn't work. Then I was told a manager would contact me the next business day to help me. Never received a call back. I was prepared to make three additional orders. Decided not too I didn't want to deal with the hazzle. Finally when my orders arrived family informed me the dry ice had melted. I find it interesting you were able to send a email for review but was unable to send a email to me for status on my order. A total unsatisfactory experience.

I bought these combos as Christmas gifts for family members in South Carolina. It was a major hit!!! They absolutely loved everything. The shipment was perfect and the ease of online ordering was terrific.

I ordered pepperoni pizza and got cheese. I tried to call, left a message for you to call back because you were bussy and never got a call back. Every time i call you are too busy.

Worst experience with this vendor! Emailed right after placing my order, because it came up with wrong items ( which I did not order). No response to 3 emails, numerous phone calls ( wait list for a c/b) rep had supervisor in the CS Leroy d telling him what lie to tell me (they forgot to put me on hold!) Told me I couldn’t cancel because it shipped, but website had no updates or tracking. Package arrived with dry ice melted, warm food, had to throw out over $87.00 worth of food! Will not order from this useless vendor again. Still no response to my emails from this vendor. They do not care!
